About Win Win

New community-focused restaurant group Win Win (founders Jasper Shen, and Linh Tran of XLB, and Catie Hannigan), in partnership with ChefStable, are excited to bring forward a BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ focused food cart pod to Inner SE Portland.

Our mission is to create equitable & sustainable opportunities in the food industry and local community through collaborative partnership, mentorship, and community programs—prioritizing BIPOC, lgbtqia+, and/or trans & gnc folks.
